Morphological characteristic of Fusarium spp. in several highlands of North Sumatera

Fusarium spp. is a genus of fungi that causes disease in many plants so special attention, handling and control needed for this pathogen. Morphological observations are to provide an overview macroscopic microscopic morphological variations be used as basic information the development program. The research aims determine characteristics several highlands North Sumatra. was conducted at Laboratory Plant Diseases, Faculty Agriculture, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Medan September-December 2019. isolates obtained from Sumatra were rejuvenated on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) medium. All observed macroscopically microscopically colony morphology including macroconidium, microconidium conidiophores.
